Kozhi Kuruma Recipe

Tamil Recipes Kozhi Kuruma is a green colored curry instead of the usual red. The secret is to use the green chili and completely avoid red chili powder. The ‘orapu’ or spiciness is different but it is definitely there. Dont be fooled it is green it is also dynamite. It is also a festive curry in our home back in Madurai. We used it for Christmas morning breakfast with idlis. Yummy.. delicious. I am thinking of all our good old days with our Mom, Dad and siblings gathered around the dining table. My Mom also added carrots, potato and green beans to this kuruma.
