I love tuna salad with chopped red onion and a splash of red wine vinegar. The addition of broccoli and celery makes it even yummier adding crunch and flavor!   • 15 ounce can light tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4cupchopped celery
  • 1/4cupchopped red onion
  • 1/4cupbroccoli florets

  • 1head endive, leaves separated
